Jakki Moxham BA (Hons) FCIH MBA
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Jakki has over 30 years direct operational and strategic experience in both small and large organisations in both the housing and social care sectors. She is a Board member at the Peter Bedford Housing Association.
Responsibilities: Overall strategic planning; Co-ordination and line management of senior staff; Overall development of policy and practice; Ultimate management responsibility for the organisation; Responsibility for personnel function.
Judith Chambers BA (Hons) Housing, CIH
Director of Housing Services
Over twenty years senior housing management experience in provision and management of general family housing, special needs and hostel provision; previously employed as Housing Manager with a Housing Association providing supported housing; Particular expertise in hostel management.
Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the housing services; management Housing Management Department.
Chris Lawal BSc MCIOB MRICS
Director of Property Services
Holds a degree in Building; is a full corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has nearly twenty years experience in maintenance with the last twelve years spent managing repairs and maintenance in public sector housing.
Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for property strategy and delivery of maintenance and major repair functions; Management of Maintenance Department.
Director of Supported Housing
Over 18 years’ experience in delivering and developing services in a supported setting and working with an extensive list of client groups including those with mental health issues, learning and physical disabilities, substance misuse, domestic violence, HIV/Aids, older people and young mother and child services. Over 10 years’ management experience including 5 years at a senior level heading up supported housing departments.
Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for supported housing services and projects; line management of refuge and project managers; management of volunteer programme.
Bernadette Ruan FCCA
Director of Finance and IT
Bernadette has over 25 years of housing finance experience working for large and small Registered Providers and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has particular experience of asset investment and appraisal modelling.
Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for financial management strategy within Housing for Women and the delivery of strategic objectives including meeting the growth ambitions of the association whilst ensuring the optimum sustainable performance of all assets. Ensuring efficient operational financial systems and controls are in place and are delivered; management of Finance and ICT teams
