Our new Customer Portal is going live in May 2018!

The online portal will enable Housing for Women customers to access our services quicker and easier than ever before, giving you 24/7 access to a range of housing services at the click of a mouse.

The new portal will make it much easier for you to:

  • Pay your rent
  • View rent statements
  • Report repairs
  • View your repairs history
  • Submit feedback, questions or complaints

We are looking for volunteers to trial the new Portal so customers can give us feedback on their experiences.
