Property Services Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Property Services Administrator to work within our Property Services Team.

You will provide support to the Property Services Team to ensure a high quality maintenance service is delivered and personal team targets are met. The successful candidate will also support the Property Services Coordinator when dealing with record keeping, raising orders and diary coordination.

In order to apply we require at least six months experience of customer facing work within tenancy management for a housing association. You must also have experience of working in a customer focused maintenance environment, working with a housing database and experience of working with vulnerable or challenging customers.
