• a. Meet challenging performance standards in top quartile
• b. Respond to local issues for tenants
• c. Develop and implement effective tenant engagement strategy

• 2. Identify and respond to current and emerging housing needs:

• a. Maximise our ability to house and support our target groups:
•     women  experiencing violence; ex-offenders; and older women
• b. Facilitate financial inclusion for HfW residents
