This Project has 10 homes across South London and a Resettlement Worker to provide intense support including: tenancy sustainment, finding work, education, finding schools and help with legal/custody matters in respect to their children. The support is intended to give the family stability by helping them to become self sufficient, supporting the mother to avoid re-offending.
The Project has its own dedicated Children's Worker to help the children re-establish healthy bonds with their mothers.
