HOUSING TEAM LEADER Salary (circa) £34,000 p.a
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced team leader to supervise our team of housing management officers. In addition to supporting and developing the team you will deliver a customer focused quality housing service to tenants on your own patch of properties.
Reporting to the Director of Housing Services, you should have at least 3 years experience of managing tenancies with excellent legislative knowledge, communication and supervisory skills.
A full driving licence and the use of a car is essential.
