Community Engagement

Coming soon....Tenant Portal

Following the launch of our new web-site we will also be going ‘live’ with a Tenant Portal by the autumn giving tenants access to on-line services and different ways of communicating with us.

Coming soon....New ways to engage

If you would be interested in being part of a pilot group to trial the portal and provide feedback please send an expression of interest with ‘Web-Site Tenant Portal Pilot’ as the subject to info@h4w.co.uk.   You won’t need to attend any meetings unless you choose to and will be invited to give us comments and suggestions as we develop the content, interface and look of the tenants’ only area of the site.

Housing for Women recognises the hard work and benefits of our Tenants’ Panel over the years. We also acknowledge that not everyone wants to attend meetings to be involved and also that some form of recognition for time and effort would be welcome from involved residents.  We are therefore developing a new Engagement Strategy to apply across all tenures and services but also offering a menu of options.

One way you can be involved from the comfort of your home, smart phone, tablet or computer is to become an ‘Armchair Commentator’ through on-line, e-mail or text messaging platforms (as well as postal means where relevant). Feedback will be invited on e.g. our standard letters, policies, newsletters etc.   We are working to find a way to thank participants who contribute and will let you know what this is.' .  If you would be interested in being an ‘Armchair Commentator’ please express your interest by calling us on 020 7501 6120 or sending an e-mail with ‘Armchair Commentator’ in the subject line to info@h4w.co.uk
