Coronavirus Service Update
In response to Government and local updates on the Coronavirus we are regularly reviewing our business operations plan. We are continuing to make every effort to deliver our services without too much interruption, while maintaining the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.
Our Office is closed
As of 27th April 2021 our office remains closed to tenants and other visitors. If you need to contact us, please call us on 020 7501 6120, where you will be directed to the right team. Most of our staff will continue to work remotely to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, but may be called into the workplace for particular times as required. Our staff will continue to conduct as much business as possible, including appointments, with customers and stakeholders over the phone.
Our repairs team is working through a backlog of repairs with an aim of taking regular day-to-day repairs from prioritising this as and when they are reported. Urgent and emergency repairs will continue to be prioritised while we work through the backlog with a view to return to 'business as usual' from September 2021.
