Hony Premlal joined Housing for Women in January 2018 as Interim Director of Customer Services.
Hony has previously worked for community based housing associations and is inspired by the positive impact that the homes and services provided by Housing for Women can have on the quality of our residents' lives.
With over 20 years of experience in housing associations she has held senior management roles with a track record of delivering change and improvements to customer service. Her responsibilities have also included directing the transformation and expansion of operational management to drive efficiencies, strengthening corporate governance.
Hony is looking forward to building on the achievements of Housing for Women and meeting our residents and service users to deliver excellent customer service for them.
She also serves on the Board of Eldon Housing Association and Epsom Citizens Advice Bureau.
