Billie has worked in social housing, care and support for over 20 years, and prior to that worked with women as a Community & Youth worker. Working for a range of organisations in the third sector, predominantly housing associations and charities, Billie has been a senior manager and leader for around a decade.

Billie joined Housing for Women in 2020 and enjoys the synergy of working within a company that achieves the right balance between commercial focus and all-important person-centred support.

She is passionate about delivering best quality housing and support and is interested in compliance, quality and continuous improvement, combined with organisational and talent development to support competitive agility and future fitness.

Billie has a number of professional qualifications including Solutions Focused Coaching, HR Management, Landlord & Tenant Law, Family Law & Debt Counselling, and Community & Youth Work. She is currently studying a L7 with CMI and is training with the Samaritans. Billie has a keen interest in well-being and holds many professional qualifications in complimentary, alternative and talking therapies.
