The Customer Panel gives our customers a role in helping us to improve our standards and performance. Customers can influence the way Housing for Women delivers housing and related services, ensuring your views and priorities are at the heart of our work.

A typical review takes three to six months to carry out, and we do ask for a commitment of a few hours a month to attend meetings. Your travel and out of pocket expenses will be paid.

You can get involved from the comfort of your own home using a smart phone, tablet, computer or via post, by becoming an Armchair Commentator. We will be gathering feedback from Armchair Commentators on their experiences of using Housing for Women services and their opinion on the quality of our services.

Tpas are the tenant engagement experts, providing ongoing support and guidance to help you to be involved with your landlord, lead on activity in your community and improve services.
