Investment in our properties in the last 12 months

Housing for Women wants all our tenants to live comfortably and safely in the properties we provide for them. To achieve this, we take great pride in providing the best maintenance and repairs we possibly can. This means investing in new technologies and structures to predict, prevent and respond to any issues that could stop our operations from being as smooth and successful as possible.

In October 2016-September 2017 we:

  • completed 2,773 responsive repairs
  • invested £54,000 installing new boilers
  • invested £415,000 on cyclical repairs and major works
