Refuge Support Worker - 37.5 hours per week -  FTC March 2019 -  Starting from £23,818 - Based in Ealing

Housing for Women is a London based Charity and Housing Association providing over 900 homes for women and their families as well housing and specialist support for women who are escaping domestic abuse, been trafficked or released from prison.

Responsibilities include:

Work alongside the other refuge staff to provide a safe and empowering environment for women and their children/dependents who are escaping domestic violence.

A key objective is to advocate on women’s behalf or empower them to fully access their welfare, legal, social and housing rights.

Deliver quality services within the Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) for Supporting People seeking to improve the service level standard to an A rating.
