We own and manage over 920 homes across 10 London boroughs. The majority of these are general needs housing, providing social rent homes to women and their families across the capital.
Only women in housing need are granted tenancies from us, but their families and partners can be housed with them. Our priorities are to provide the best service possible to our existing tenants and to grow and develop to meet the housing needs of women in London.
We believe that by providing quality, affordable homes for women disadvantaged in the London housing market, we can help to create a truly more equal society. When women have control over their tenancies and their homes, it gives them greater control over their lives and greater confidence to go forward.
There is a very high level of demand for affordable housing for women in London. Housing applicants must be referred to us by their local council or one of our approved referral agencies. While people cannot self-refer, increasingly new tenants come to us from their local authority through choice-based lettings.
