At Housing for Women, we treat customers with respect and expect the same in return. We have zero tolerance for abuse or harassment toward our staff or contractors.

Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:

  • Rude, derogatory, or patronising language
  • False claims about misconduct
  • Threats of violence
  • Recording conversations without consent
  • Contacting staff via personal details or social media
  • Sharing staff’s private information publicly
