• £50 could provide a safe night’s stay in a refuge for a woman and her child(ren).
• £100 could fund an activity workshop for mothers and children living in refuge accommodation.
• £500 could help run one of our refuges for a day, providing safe accommodation and specialist emotional and practical support.
• £1,000 could provide 40 emergency parcels containing essentials such as toiletries, nappies, food and clothing for women and their children.

Women often arrive at our services having left everything behind. Your support helps us respond to urgent needs, provide safe accommodation and deliver the specialist support women need to rebuild their lives.

With an annual fundraising shortfall of £190,000, every donation, fundraising event and challenge helps ensure women and children can access safety, stability and hope when they need it most.
