If you notice signs of damp or mould, please contact us so we can visit your property. When you call, please send photos or videos to help us assess the problem.
We will visit your property within 10 days for immediate treatment, known as a mould wash. We’ll also offer practical advice on how to handle damp and mould.
If further investigation is needed, a surveyor will visit to determine what repairs are necessary. They will then create a treatment plan to ensure the damp and mould are resolved completely.
