Just Ask – communal cleaning and grounds maintenance contractor.

There will be a reduced service between 12:00pm to 5:00pm on 18th and 19th July.

Grounds Maintenance: A stop to all heavy labour-intensive work such as the use of all petrol driven equipment.

Litter picking duties and manual hand tasks will take place only between 12.00pm to 4.00pm.

Cleaning Operations: high-level cleaning, litter picking and damp wiping only. No mop work unless necessary.

If the facility is air conditioned, tasks will continue as per normal specification. Otherwise, vacuuming, bin rotation or working in bin rooms may be affected.

Internal Window Cleaning:

Internal windows will be cleaned between 12.00pm to 4.00pm.

MCP – reactive maintenance contractor.

Business as usual

SLS Lifts – lift servicing and repairs contractor.

Business as usual. Due to the extreme heat, lifts can be more prone to overheating. We will attend reported breakdowns.

Watret – gas servicing and repairs contractor.

Business as usual.

Please note that all scheduled jobs impacted on these dates will be rescheduled and addressed accordingly.
