At Housing for Women, your views and opinions matter to us.

That’s why we have asked Acuity, an independent customer research and insight company, to conduct a Tenant Satisfaction Survey on our behalf.

This is your chance to tell us:

• How we are doing as your landlord
• How you feel about your neighbourhood
• How you feel about your health and wellbeing
• How you are managing with financial wellbeing
• How we can improve

and

• What you would like us to do in the future

Don’t worry; everything is strictly confidential - Acuity will send us your responses without identifying you unless you give permission.

On completion of the survey, your name will then go into a hat to win either a 42” Smart TV, iPad, or £100 worth of John Lewis vouchers, which have all been kindly gifted by our contractors and partners.

So, what happens next? Over the coming weeks;

• Acuity will be getting in touch to complete the survey over the phone.

• Posting a survey to your home for you to complete

or

• You can also complete the survey online if you prefer. We will send you a link when ready.

We will publish the survey results on our website.
