By now, you should have received a letter from us about your service charge increase for next year. If you haven’t received it, please let us know as soon as possible.

How to challenge your service charges

If you’re unhappy with the service charge amount, we have information on how to dispute it. Click here to find out how.

After you contact us, we’ll confirm your dispute within two working days. An officer will then look into your case. You’ll get a full written response within 20 days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know.
