Every year, we check rent and service charges to make sure they are fair and help us provide the services you need. This review happens during the summer.

Later this year, we’ll send you a letter about your rent and service charges for 2025/26. The letter will explain any changes, how they affect you, and when they start. These changes will take effect in October. This gives you plenty of time to plan and ask us any questions.

We know changes to rent and service charges can feel worrying. Please know we work hard to keep things fair. We aim to keep your housing affordable while covering the cost of the services we provide.
