ReConnect+ offers supported accommodation for women dealing with substance misuse and with complex needs on release from prison.

How we help

Combining housing and holistic support we help women to bring about positive changes in their lives, reduce substance misuse, improve their emotional well-being and prevent future re-offending.

On-site staff help residents to access support from local substance misuse and community mental health services as well as GPs and counselling to help women improve confidence, independent living skills and mental health.

We provide women with a period of stability and routine so that they can re-orientate their lives, establish wider support networks and support their transition from prison into the community.

Over a year

12 women received support and accommodation
