Social Media Volunteer

Comms Support Volunteer

Finance Volunteer

We are looking for a friendly and motivated volunteer to help us filling and archiving records and information kept on-site as well as support the Head of Finance and the Finance Team with various administrative tasks.   The successful candidate could be someone studying for their ACCA, AAT, CIMA or ACA qualifications, or someone recently qualified who wants some work experience.  Previous volunteers have gone on to get employment within the charity sector.  For more information please click here to see the full role description.

SafeSpace Volunteer

Our SafeSpace Programme provides in-depth support to survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery. We help single women over the age of 18 who have been trafficked to the UK from outside the EU. All women must have been referred to the National Referral Mechanism. Our SafeSpace Support Workers provide practical and emotional support to survivors of trafficking. We empower women to overcome trauma, rebuild their lives and regain their independence. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to support a vulnerable and disempowered group of women to reclaim and reorientate their lives, and to develop their skills in this area.

Fundraising Volunteer

We are looking for a Fundraising Volunteer to support the Fundraising Team in the growth of our corporate fundraising stream. You will support the planning and delivery of a new programme to raise awareness of the work of Housing for Women, domestic violence, and other types of gender-based violence, with corporate organisations. This will involve key tasks such as developing a pipeline of prospective donors, reaching out to organisations and developing a corporate donor package.
