Housing for Women to feature in ITV documentary on Domestic Abuse led by Queen Camilla
Housing for Women is proud to be featured in a powerful ITV documentary on domestic abuse, led by Queen Camilla. The programme, due to go out on ITV and ITVX at 9pm on Monday, 11th November, will highlight the voices of survivors and advocates working to end this crisis.
During her visit to one of Housing for Women’s refuges, Queen Camilla met with a survivor who is rebuilding her life with our support, Her Majesty also spoke with our team about the vital services they deliver to enable women escape violence and abuse.
The documentary includes perspectives from other prominent figures such as former Prime Minister Theresa May, Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips, and Cherie Blair, underscoring the urgent and ongoing need to tackle domestic abuse and provide the necessary support to survivors.
