ReConnect+
Supported accommodation for women leaving prison
ReConnect+ provides supported accommodation for women leaving prison who are experiencing substance misuse and other complex challenges.
We understand that moving from prison back into the community can be difficult. Many women face challenges with housing, health, wellbeing and rebuilding their lives. ReConnect+ offers a safe and stable place to stay, along with tailored support to help women move forward with confidence.
Our experienced team works alongside each resident to help them access the services they need, including substance misuse treatment, mental health support, GP services and counselling. We also provide practical support to develop life skills, improve wellbeing and build independence.
By combining safe housing with holistic, person-centred support, we help women create positive change, strengthen their support networks and reduce the risk of reoffending.
Our aim is to give women the stability, encouragement and opportunities they need to make a successful transition from prison to independent living and a brighter future.
