How We Make Decisions
Housing for Women is led by our Board, which sets our vision, values and priorities, and oversees our finances, risk management, regulatory compliance and organisational performance. The Board works closely with our Executive Team, which is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation, while the Board retains overall accountability.
The Board is supported by two committees:
- Audit & Risk Committee (ARC): Provides oversight of financial reporting, risk management, audits, procurement and compliance, helping to ensure Housing for Women is well governed and financially sustainable.
- People & Customer Committee (PCC): Oversees resident engagement and satisfaction, monitors customer performance, and provides oversight of our Customer and People Strategies, leadership and succession planning.
Together, the Board and its committees help ensure Housing for Women is well governed, accountable and focused on delivering safe, high-quality homes and services for residents.
