Our Homes
Affordable Housing for Women Across London
We provide affordable homes for women and their families across London.
We own and manage approximately 900 homes across nine London boroughs, helping women access safe, stable and affordable housing.
We believe that housing is a women's issue. Women are more likely to face barriers to finding and keeping a home, including lower average incomes, caring responsibilities, and the impact of domestic abuse and violence.
By providing quality, affordable housing, we help women build secure and independent lives.
Most of our homes are available at social rent and are allocated through local authorities and approved referral partners.
We cannot accept direct applications, so applicants must be referred by their local council or one of our approved agencies.

Finding a home
Most new residents are referred through their local authority, including through choice-based lettings schemes. If you are looking for housing, please contact your local council to discuss your housing options.
