We want to make sure our tenants' voices help shape our services and communities. That's why we're introducing a new opportunity for tenants to speak directly with our Chief Executive, Alison Muir.

Starting in September 2025, these conversations are an opportunity for you to share your experiences, tell us what's working well, raise issues that matter to you, and discuss what you'd like to see improve.

By listening directly to tenants, we can better understand what's important to you and work together to deliver homes women can be proud of and services they can trust.

Alison will set aside time each month to listen to tenants and hear about the things that are important to you.

When?

The last Friday of every month

• 9am to 4pm
• 30-minute telephone appointments

How to book

Please include:

• Your name
• Your telephone number

Once we receive your request, we'll contact you to confirm your 30-minute appointment time. Alison will then call you at the agreed time.
