At Housing for Women, it’s important to know how we are performing.
That's why we have asked Acuity, an independent customer research and insight company, to conduct a Tenant Satisfaction Survey on our behalf.
This will be the second survey we have carried out in 2023 - the first one was conducted in the spring.
Having listened to the feedback you gave us earlier in the year, we are eager to know if the changes and actions we have implemented since then have improved our service to you.

Over the coming weeks, Acuity will be getting in touch to complete the survey over the phone.
