Every year, we review our rent and service charges to help ensure they remain fair and continue to support the services we provide to women across our homes and services. This review takes place during the summer.

Later this year, we will write to you with details of your rent and service charges for 2026/27. Your letter will explain any changes, when they will take effect, and what they mean for you. Any changes will start in October, giving you plenty of time to plan ahead and ask any questions.

We understand that changes to housing costs can be a concern. Please be assured that we carefully consider any increases and work hard to balance affordability with the cost of providing safe, high-quality housing and support services.
