What is STAIRs and why does it matter?
This section meets the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs). These are rules that all social housing providers must follow.
They are designed to make sure you can:
- Find clear information about your home and services
- Understand how decisions are made
- See how well your landlord is performing
- Know how money is being used
- Ask for information if you cannot find what you need
Most importantly, it helps you feel informed, supported, and able to have a voice in your housing.
